Harassing a player over the use of all caps in a thread title violates at least 4 Forum rules, either in the letter of the rule or the spirit of the rule

- Spam and off topic comments will be deleted. This includes comments such as "in before lock" and one word posts. If you wish to let the poster know you approve or disapprove of their post, please use the reputation system.
1. Posting about it is off topic by definition
- Do not attempt to provoke the moderators. This action will be punished harshly.
2. I have stated that it is acceptable to use all caps in a thread title, therefore this Forum rule technically applies.
- Players who deliberately act against the building of the community will be denied access to these forums.
3. Harassing another player over this (or anything else for that matter) is the opposite of "building of the community".
- It is not allowed to rebuke another user concerning his grammar/spelling. If the grammar/spelling of a user is that bad, report the post.
4. It seems to me that although this doesn't mention all caps, the spirit of this rule would also apply.
To sum all this up, if a player uses all caps in a thread title that is an acceptable practice. If there is excessive use of caps/caps lock in the body of a post, report it.
