A look ahead
Dear Kings and Queens,
If you reached the end of the Halloween event questline, you may have noticed the star of last year’s winter event putting in a very frosty appearance. Was this a hint of things to come? Absolutely! Today, we’d like to give you a little bit of extra information about what’s coming up in the very near future.
Winter event
Throughout December we’ll be running a Winter Event, with special quests and prizes to be won. Stars will be the currency of the event and – with a new quest every day – we think you’ll be kept very busy completing challenges to open presents.
If you missed out on events in the past, you’ll be given the chance to obtain special buildings from some previous events and – of course – we have great new rewards, including new unique buildings that fit the seasonal spirit.
Modern Era
We’re rocking and we’re rolling… the fabulous ‘50s are upon us as Forge of Empires strides into a new age.
Players who have advanced through to the end of the Progressive Era will find a new age dawning. The American dream provides the theme for Modern Era cities, and with it come new provinces to conquer and new lands to explore.
For those ambitious enough to reach it, the Modern Era will also introduce a change in how the game is played… but that’s all we’re saying for now – you’ll have to wait and see it for yourself!
We hope you’ve enjoyed this little glimpse into what’s coming soon. But that’s not all – we’ve got other great features, new content and events up our sleeves. Stay tuned!
