[Question] App locks up while trying to use Inventory ECT.

Hello I have been having trouble with the app on my Samsung galaxy s7 with 4G. Every time I try to open the Castle System, both icons for the Fall Event and the Inventory my app locks up. Even sometimes after I look at an ad it locks up too. I have rebooted my phone but it is not helping. Can you fix these bugs?
