Brought diamond during sale got no tickets

I opened a ticket, 3 days ago and have received several replies including an acknowledgment that I'm due the missing tickets. but have not yet receive them. That was almost 2 days ago. I have posted another ticket asking why I'm not getting any action on the first. Still no response.

My question is: What other recourse do i/we have when Support is ignoring us???

With only a few days left on the event and the rarity of SoK's appearing on the wheel, time is critical With the number of tickets missing I could easily win all 4 SoK's on a single wheel depending on if another player is also spinning. Oh, I'm missing the tickets on 3 worlds....

follow up with support again and ask them about the delay. How did you pay? Perhaps your payment hasn't 'cleared' yet so they are waiting on that to occur.
