Has anyone else noticed that there aren't any Incidents when you are waiting on Quest 74 of the Event? I haven't recieved any Incident's since I started playing at 9 AM. Heaven forbid that I should find an ingredient in the Forest.

Isn't 74 not out yet for the American server?

There will be plenty during the course of the next game day. Or you could have stopped picking any the previous day to have them all there when the quest appears.

I picked up some incidents in both U.S. Mount Killmore and Vingrid around 1 hour ago. It's all random, sometimes the incidents won't show up if you are logged in almost all the time.
