I saw a rumor somewhere that the earlier you finish the Viking settlement (ahead of the shortest target) the less time you get for the next one. Is there anything to that?
After finishing each turn of a settlement, the next one has slightly less time alloted to get the shortest target. Those times are fixed, how quickly under that shortest target time you completed it is irrelevant.
