[Question] Error Message when Registering for Forum

Guildmate says she get this when trying to register here "sorry, either your player name was not found or the email used has not been validated"

Why?

And says she not got email either.

You have to register as a game player, and be logged into the game. Then you can register for the forums using the same username and after you've inputted your game password.

I do not recommend using the same password on the forums.

Additionally, you must be in Iron Age in the game before you can post.
