[Question] Great Buildings Polish-able?

I could swear that I read somewhere that great buildings that provide happiness would be made polish-able this update. Did I misread something and if so does anyone know if there are plans in the works to make them polish-able in the future?

And by great buildings I'm only referring to the Happiness buildings, Hagia, Dresden, etc.
