I need to know how to access the "visit tavern" pages.

For the browser version, there is a social bar at the bottom of the screen with tabs - neighborhood, guild, friends. Click on the friends. For each friend there is chair icon in the lower right with either an arrow or a clock. Clicking on the arrow does the visit. Clicking on the clock takes you to the friends tavern but is not a visit. You can only visit once per 24 hours and then only if the friends tavern is not full and you are not already sitting there.
You can also do the visit from the event history for friends if a visit is possible.
You also need to have built your own tavern at the end of the Bronze Age with the Brewing technology.
And you need to have friends which can be invited from the social bar/friends tab.
The social bar comes with the Thatched houses technology in the Bronze Age.
I don't know the process for the mobile version, but I am sure there is a way.

Also accessed from the social bar. Probably from Event History, also, but I don't do Taverns from Event History, so I can't say for sure.
