It's not a bad deal though. 250 diamonds, that would be 500 cups during soccer event... that's less than the chest was which only had a small chance for a RK.

The wording is supposed to make you feel special. I assume EVERY FoE player has been chosen.

And, could you buy it World A - and then buy it again in World B and so on and so forth ...

No, I did not get this offer. I don't know whether a given player will get it in all their worlds.

I only got it offered once [not once per world], and I could only buy 1 reno kit. It was also only available for 24 hours. Damn good price tho.
