Looking for a guild for an active beginner willing to learn and contribute!

I am an FOE beginner who just moved to the Iron Age and am looking for an active guild that will help a newbie like me become a better player. I am on multiple times per day and am active with Aid and Tavern visits. I really need to learn what is best for city building (I expect I'll be a hybrid of production and fighting leaning toward production) as well as how to set up armies for battle and battle tactics. Any guilds out there match this request?
