Looking for a new Guild

I am looking for a new guild to join in the very near future.
Searching for a Guild that is active in motivating and polishing, and is good with trading.

About me:
Motivate and polish Guild members, friends and neighbors daily.
Four Great Buildings.
Not big on fighting, but can when I have to. If someone attacks me, they might win, but they will limp home!
Open for trading. Glad to help others.
Not a Guild hopper. Have been in only one guild since I started.

I will research the Guild before accepting any offer.
