Jaims is a well populated world. Ask this same question in your in game global chat as well as here. Some Jaims folks check in here but the bulk are mostly in the game only. Most external GB threads are 1.9 so be aware that most will require you to actively participate in contributing AND posting you GBs (not a lot but at least some)
