*Need Lv2 for some event buildings*
[Issue of current system]
- Current
Some event buildings have Level 2 while the other buildings have Level 1 only
For example, Winner's Plaza, Oasis and SoK can be upgraded to level 2.
But carousel, Royal Marble Gate Way, Globe Fountain, Check mate Square, Botanical Rotunda can not be upgraded to level 2.
- Issues
Currently, the balances between event buildings are not that good.
[New Idea]
All event buildings those don't have an upgrade can be upgraded to level 2.
[Effect & Abused?]
It'll make all event buildings more balanced. No being abused for sure.
