Phone notices

I some times use my cell phone to play. I got all the notices to stop but since the new friends tavern I can't stop the notices that come in from there. Is there a way to turn off tavern notices?

I don't think so. Drives me nuts, you get them when you haven't visited a city in a while as well you can't shut off. With 23 cities my phone goes nuts:eek::mad:
