Hi, all! Please excuse the newbie question, but on my first day playing Forge, another player "polished" a tree in my city, and now I'm wondering how this works, is it some sort of transaction, and how do I return the favour? Thank you!

Some parts are outdated such as the friend limit is 140 now no 80 as it is written. Everything else is relevent
