Store Building question

Can Store Building buildings only be used once and then they are gone?
Or once you have one you can swap buildings in and out of inventory as needed?

They are a one use item. Once you use it on an item, the item is placed in your inventory. It works like the Reno kits, one up kits and motivation kits. All have a one time uses them you have to win more.
