If you are looking for an "Easy button" you need to go to Staples. FoE doesn't have one. The way that I see it, you have four options.

1) "If you can't beat them, join them". Quit your current guild and join one of the top 2.

2) Help your current guild become stronger.

3) Quit playing GBG

4) "None of the above". Do nothing, in which case nothing will change.

They're working on something related to that. They didn't specify what exactly, but it was in response to the forge points popup on building productions being removed.
