If I understand the chance of a relic and then the chance for a gold relic and finally the chance that the gold relic is 100fp. I estimate the chance to get 100fp is your TOR level relic percentage times roughly 25.7% gold relics times 18% 100fp/gold relic. Thus a level 10 TOR has 16% chance of getting a relic x 25.7% it will be gold x 18% it will be 100fp = 0.74%, in 64 GE encounters one would expect to receive 100fp prize 64 x 0.74% = .47 times, so about 1 every other week of completing all 64 GE encounters. Actual chance is 1/0.74% (1/.0074) = one 100fp reward per 135 GE encounters.
Increasing your TOR to
level 20> 20% relics( 1 in 5 encounters) x 25.7% gold x 18% 100fp = 0.925%, 1 per 108 encounters
level 30> 23.75% relics x 25.7% gold X 18% 100fp = 1.10%, 1 per 91 encounters
Bottom line is you aren't going to get 100fp very often. People claiming to get 100 fp several times a week, probably are not keeping very good track of their results and are imagining things. Not saying it isn't possible to happen but that it is not likely to happen week after week.
Level 80 TOR 32.5% x 25.7 x 18% = 1.5%, 1 in 66.5 encounters
Not sure if the percentage of gold and rare increases with level but pretty sure the mix of rewards in gold remains constant.
Another site claims Level 80 Tor has 30.5% chance of gold relic, if true then it is 32.5x30.5x18=>1.78% , 1 in 56 encounters, doesn't change the results much.
