What would you say is the appropriate trade rate for Martian goods, say if you're trading them for VF goods or OF or AF goods, etc.?

It's different in every world, supply and demand will decide the rates from time to time.

If everyone wants to build Arctic Orangery right after Arc 80, then AF goods will increase in price.
