What do people do with their inventory buildings?

I have about 50 buildings in inventory from GE and special events. What do people do with all the buildings you get?

Mine are starting to stack up too. I keep them, even the ones I don't build. No real reason to I guess, but I keep them.

I keep them for quest like build X residential buildings of your age or previous age. Build X decorations. Build X cultural buildings. You can also just convert them to supplies and coins buy placing them and selling them.
