[Question] Why?

Some of my buildings that produce goods of an age, like the Idol, show me what the goods are and others, like the Gondola Dock, do not.
Why is that?

Some of the buildings produce 10 of a random good and some of them produce 2 of each good, totaling 10. It just depends on the building.

Yes but my Idol and Menagerie both show me the goods I will get where my Gondola Dock and Santas workshop don't. Could it be because they are 'production' buildings while the Idol isn't?

The Gondola Dock Market and Santa's Workshop produce TWO OF EACH good.
The Idol produces a quantity of one random good that can change each day.
