Will Alcatraz produce troops if military building is NOT connected to Town Hall? Let's say there is only one military building and it's not connected to the town hall....

Yup, so disconnecting won't change your output.

If you want to change your output then you will have to either store or tear down the barracks of the troops you want less of, or build extra barracks of the troops you want more of.

If you are just wanting to add more barracks, but don't have road space you are in luck, and your barracks doesn't even need to be finished built, just placed.

Yes it will. You will get unattached units only. It is a great way to keep up your number of previous age units if you do GvG.

No.

To mention, the troop building does not even hvae to be fully built, all it has to be is the base added to the city, even no road, not completed construction and Traz will make those troops.
