How long have you been playing the game.?
Are you experienced enough to know how to use the admin section of the guild so you can set up the appropriate threads that you will need?
How much experience do you have of strategies to help your guild be successful in GE GBG and maybe even GvG?
Do you have sufficient experience in fighting to be able to advise new or less experienced players on how to use troops successfully?.
Can you advise your prospective members as to which GBs they should build and which they should avoid?
Do you have any friends who are experienced players who would be willing to join you and work with you as leaders?
Will this be a guild that will welcome new players to the game?.
Do you have a a lot of experience and strategic tips you can pass on to new members.?
Are you far enough advance in your city to have a large enough stock of goods in your inventory to help new players?.
Do you have the time to spare to be able to visit your guild 3 or 4 times during the day and be able to be around to answer any questions.?
Do you know which duties to delegate to your guild leaders?
Do you have clear cut goals for how you wish your guild to grow and the enthusiasm to stick with it for the years it will take?
Do you have the patience to deal with members who need to have things explained to them over and over again and on more than one issue?
If you can give affirmative answers to these questions, then go for it. I wish you the best of luck. I think you will have a ball building your guild.
If not then go spend some time in a good well run guild and once you have gained the experience ask yourself your question again.
