Allow players to have the option to sell an already built item OR send that item to the Antiques Dealer

Just use a Store Building item. They become readily available as you progress in the game, and, if the Building is valuable enough, worth using one.

I could support it if the building then goes through a deconstruction process where the construction pictures are shown in reverse and the building only disappears from the grid when the exchange is complete.
