Wasn't the 1.02 update suppose to open new territories ruled by an outlaw and a french general ?

I conquered all the territories available but no new ones for exploration ...

No. You should sometime soon be receiving a quest that will then open up some new areas.

160% bonus attacking/defending on those sectors is outrageous!:mad:
I think the quest is from Princess Myciena.

The highest attack/defense bonus I see on the new 8 provinces and their sectors is 125%. Which province/sector do you see 160% on?

ETA: Scratch the previous post. Should look more into details.
