96 hour delay

Okay, so I missed the implementation of the 96 hour GvG delay when leaving a guild and joining a new one. Kinda sucks. I understand why, in terms of helping combat ghost guilds, so I won't complain.

That said, how can I tell when the 96 hours is going to be up? Is there a timer somewhere? What constitutes "helping"? Is it just fighting or does giving goods to the treasury count as well? I don't remember when I last fought in GvG but want to help my new guild ASAP. Would like to be able to plan when I can start helping them.

As I recall donating goods was not supposed to count as an action. the actions would be

1) Placing a siege
2) Attacking a sector
3) Attacking someone else's siege on your guild's sector.
4) Placing or replacing an army.
5) Releasing a sector.
