AA and Troops

When I fight in AA, I want to use my Oceanic Troops so I have set it at the Oceanic troops and after the first fight it goes to FE troops, I have tried the All Troops but same thing happens. What am I doing wrong and how do I correct this. Is anyone else having this problem?

You need to go to your city, select the age of troops you want (OF in this case) from the Army management dropdown and then go back to the AA map.
