AD 1 day (50%) boost - inconsistent for gems

So, I have been clearing my inventory, something simple, tribal squares (TS). I have lots so I can load 6 per day.
My castle is L10 (5% coin and 10% gem bonuses)
When I load 6 TS each at 1620 C and 0-1 G
2hr - 9720 (+486 Castle Bonus - CB) 0-6 G
8hr - 12180 (+609 CB) 0-6 G
24 hr - 14580 coin (+729 CB), 0-12 G
OK sounds great, the 50% G is applied to each TS individually.
(0 - 1) x 1.5 = (0 - 1.5) = 0 - 2 (the 1.5 rounds up to 2)

When I do the same for a ritual flame (RF) at 1080 C and 0 - 1 G,
for 24 hr, 6 of them, 9720 (+486), 0 - 6 G????
Why not 0 - 12 G?

When you load just 1 TS for 24 hr, 0-1 G becomes 0-2G
But 1 RF for 24 hr is still 0-1G
(so individually or collectively, the 50% boost NOT applied to Gems)

Other items that act the same as RF for gems include
Gate/Face, Gargoyle, waterspout, log cabin, watchfire L1, watchfire upgrade, maypole, maypole upgrade, pole house, there are more

Others like TS 0-1 to 0-2
Nishikigoi pond, royal garden selection kit

So, I started to think, is 0-1 gems actually 0-1 or can it be 0-.90 (0-1.35 @ 50%, so still 0-1), something greater than .5 but less than 1. And 0-.90 would be displayed as 0-1, this would explain it but does someone actually know for sure?

tactition tower and its upgrade 0-2 becomes 1-3?? So here, the 0 isn't zero, could be .34 to .49, displayed as 0 but when 50% applied, would be greater than 0.50 making it 1.

Looks like fractional values. This is from the "Inventory Service" component of a json file sent when you load the AD. The values of the gems for a RF are 0.32 min and 0.64 max (these are the 0-1 values you see)

Here's the Nishikigoi Pond. It's values are 0.64 for the low and 0.96 for the high (I didn't have any TS)

It looks like these numbers are then rounded to give you the x - y gem values, and multiplied out for the various time limits and then rounded for those numbers. Seems strange to me though, as the nishikigoi pond should give you 1-2 instead of 0-2 by that math for the 24 hour boost. I'm not sure of the exact math that is being run on the numbers. Could be doing something more than just multiplying and simple rounding, but I can't tell.

In other interesting things I learned though, it seems that these numbers for gems are calculated somehow. A decent number of the values (especially for higher-gemstone items) have floating point errors.

Hope this helps. Gave me something interesting to look at :D

Makes sense. Less work if you make it a algorithm rather than hard coding set values

Still, I wonder how they calculate them. Maybe some sort of value based on what they produce or the type of building? That's a rabbit hole I really kinda want to go down but I know will take waaaay too much time

Dark Doorway43,740851884,0505-85,940
Log Cabin43,740851885400-1-

Here is one for you, to buy a log cabin or Dark Doorway, costs the same, 43740/85.
But when you sell them 2 hr, DD 4050/5-8, LC 540/0-1.
DD about 2x people,
LC has 10% supply boost,
both similar coin.
BUT, the real value is 3 FP for 3x3
So, what happened to the Log Cabin. I noticed bcs I got like 6 of them. Figured ok, can sell like DD. Then I saw what I would get and couldn't figure out why the discrepancy.

Log Cabin was recently adjusted - looks like they forgot to adjust the sale value too. You should report this on beta forums or file a ticket.
