When is the best time to advance to the next age? I am currently in the Industrial Age. I plan to advance this week. Is it better to advance before or after GBG starts? The same question goes for GE? What are the advantages of waiting?

When you're ready. If you rely on waiting and correct timing to advance then you're more or less not ready
