Does the GB Alcatraz produce troops only from military buildings you have activated in your city, or do they produce troops from all possible troops which are possible to be produced in the age of your village?

Alc will produce units from all available buildings in the city, it doesn't matter if they are connected to the road or not.

Not only do the barracks not need to be road connected for Traz to produce, a barracks does not need to be completed for Traz to produce its units.
