If you look at my comment here An anomaly with soccer leagues? I showed exactly what you said in your first statement and what I meant. I didn't mean you are actually in all the leagues if you're in Gold just that numerically you are.

Cool I didn't quite follow it. Since it is just percentages you would think it should be easy to figure out but the numbers sometimes don't add up. In one of my cities there were twice as many people in the Silver league as in the Bronze.
