Annoying Pop Ups Tabs for Instant Build / Troops

Please find a option for us to turn off these annoying instant pop ups. When you try to train troops a pop up window appears that wants you to spend diamonds for instant train. I have lost so many diamonds by accidentally clicking this. There should be an option for us to turn off if we don't want them to show up.

In settings, you can turn on the Diamond use Conformation so that another pop up will show when you accidentally click one of those annoying pop ups.

It's on, but it still pops up. When you accidentally click on the instant train button it automattly takes away your diamonds with not confirmation.
