Where is the button to allow me to move my buildings and roads? I know what they look like, but can't find them on the screen!

PC: Click on Build menu. 3 buttons will appear at top center of screen. Middle one is to move buildings/roads, left one is to sell them, and right one is to cancel and go back to regular cursor from one of the others.
Mobile: Tap Build button. Top center of screen will appear the Move and Sell buttons.
