Best 2021 soccer event strategy for wishing well worlds

I've been advised not to spend any training tickets until the WW comes up as the training daily special, and also have been advised that I should spend my training tickets daily.

I don't care about the main event building at all, only getting the most WW's and WW shrink kits during the event. What way is best?

If you do nmot spend tickets you do not get new ones. You can not know for sure if the WW comes up.
