Caesar Portrait

I have been playing for awhile, and I managed to get an Avatar of Julius Caesar on one of the worlds I was on.
I started another world, but I have no idea how to get the avatar there. ( I like Caesar). Is there a way to get him as an Avatar??

that was last years valentines quest avatar pic there were 3 pic depending on what you did determined what you got

Sometimes old portraits are offered again (on the random wheel o' prizes) in the summer event. But I don't think it's very likely story-specific one like a Valentine's portrait would be.
