[Question] Cannot switch to HTML5 (firefox)

I play with windows 10 + firefox + flash for years. I am trying to switch to HTML5. When I disable the flash plug-in in ff and logon as usual, it gives me the welcome screen as usual. But then it ask me to create a city as if I am the first time entering the game. I then enable flash again and everything back to normal. What's wrong? Do I have to register with Inno somewhere? Please help.

Login to the game with flash enabled, then within the game go to settings and enable HTML-5. Restart the game and then you can disable flash on firefox.

You do not have to disable flash.

I know this is stupid, but I'm having the same issue. How do I go to settings and enable HTML? If I right click and select settings, all I get are options for flash, nothing about enabling html 5
