Cant Sell Huts and Stilt houses on IOS

I need some help. I am playing FOE on my phone. So far everything is reasonable except I can't sell my Huts or my stilt houses. Is there a trick I am missing? I am using the sell button which will allow me to sell my production building and Chalets but not huts or stilt houses.

Thanks for the help.

You can't sell a house if the people are working. So you need to have enough extra population available to afford the loss.

It is very weird. Today I logged in and I was able to sell those city. When I tried yesterday I had 58 extra people. No clue why it worked today and not yesterday.
