City Defending Army

I am lucky enough to play on a computer but I have friends that play solely on a tablet so it surprised me when i found out you can not set a defending army on a tablet or phone. I propose adding in the defending army button for I-Phone, I-Pad, and now Android devices.

I was able to do it on Android by clicking on the unit (not dragging) in the army management in my city
