I went into use the current city planner and got a message it was going to be deleted in 1 August 2016. I found another post in the Tavern forum which suggested using the FOEMANAGER as the new site for city planning. I tried using it today, however, experienced a problem with deleting buildings. Any suggestions or advice?

You can delete the building by selecting it and clicking delete/backspace on your keyboard. There is a bug there however. You need to select any building from construction menu first to enable delete functionality (you need to do it just once)
