Confused about the forum event contest

The contest to win scrolls for the Archeology event ends on the 22nd, then winners will be randomly picked from the entries.

So, I'm confused how players are going to use scrolls that are rewarded after the event ends?

The contest announcement says that the contest ends on the 22nd at "12:00", which I hope means noon. If so, that gives us the rest of that day to be awarded the Scrolls and then spend them. Of course, it's a Sunday, so those with family stuff might be out of luck in any case.

The last quest of the event starts at midnight on the 21st, which means the event should end at 4:30 am on the 22nd, 4 and a half hours after midnight. This can also be verified using the countdown timer on the event quest tab.

So for the contest if by 12:00 they meant midnight on the 22nd, and the prizes are rewarded immediately, that gives 4 and a half hours to use them, and most people in the US will be asleep. If they meant noon, that is much worse

Thanks for the feedback guys I have amended the competition to end 2 days earlier so there is plenty of time to spend the scrolls. I confirm we will select 5 winners.
