[Question] Do Pagoda Upgrade Kits appear elsewhere?

I was just wondering if the pagoda upgrade kit ever appears elsewhere in the game (antiques dealer/daily quest/etc)? I need just one more, but out of lanterns of course. Has anyone seen this thing pop up in places other than the event throughout the year?

While there is no guarantee, if the trend holds, now that the Pagoda has run as the secondary prize, I expect it will be added to the Antiques Dealer in the next few months.
