The text in the FOE wiki concerning the Ruousioi Track reads as follows:
"If the Rousioi Track is chained to Carceres or Sphendone, a
3% defense boost for the attacking army is added to each."
So according to my understanding if somebody has both ends and 6 Ruousioi Tracks, then they should be getting 6 x 2 x 3% = +36% defense boost for attacking army.
However, one of my guildmates says that they have 6 tracks but are only getting a +18% bonus. Which is it?
