Do the re-worked GbG battles still have attrition points? Where do I see them?

I apologize for asking such basic questions but, though I've advanced to Oceanic Future, I have just now started to take GbG seriously. Today everything was going fine until it wasn't and I started to lose battles.

On an iPad they show up top of screen center. On a PC no clue.

Upper left side shows what appears to be a rocket to me. Hover your mouse over it and it will tell you your current attrition penalty in attack percentage.

On PC the attrition is up top Left, next to the Guild totals, to the Guild total right it is a number.
Every added one you see a flag popup Plus one. below the total pointing to the box.
