Does "Show Guild Offers" in market show offers restricted to guild or offers by guild members?

In the market interface there is a checkbox that if you hover over it says "Only show guild offers". Does this mean offers that are restricted to my guild, or does it mean any offer by a guild member.

I ask because I want to see all trades offered by guild members because they are free. I want to include both public trades and within-guild-only trades.
