On mobile, tap on the guild tab on lower right set of butttons. Then tap on Treasury tab. You can donate from there.
On PC, click on guild tab (second button on top row of buttons on lower left of screen), then click on Treasury tab and you can donate from there.

Don't do it if the reason is because you are hoping to get GE levels unlocked and haven't gotten a response from a leader about unlocking yet. If that is the case you are likely in a dead guild and donating goods won't get the levels unlocked, it will just be wasting your goods.
