Guys, I must be missing something. I am going thru the list of military buildings -- and I don't see one for Drone Swarm?

Do you have it in your Buildings menu?
I have Exoskeletons, Satellites, Hover Tanks, and Rail Guns. That's all in my menu for the Future Age

Drone swarm is one of the Future Era Research you can skip. So maybe you never did the Research for Drone swarm? If you do not do the Research, the building will also not be in your inventory.
If you actually want the thing, go back into Research and fulfill the Research for it.
