[Question] Event Buildings

When events (holiday event was my first) are over, are the buildings specifically from that event ever offered again? Example: I have a Winter Bakery upgrade and can't use it on mine as they are maxed out. Is it something I should hang on to in case I get another Winter Bakery at some point or it's useless and trade it at the Antiques Dealer?

They'll usually be offered the next time that event comes up so the next winter event will likely offer you a chance at upgrades. It's possible that they may show up in other events as well but i'm not sure of the timing on that.
