So FoE can trade at 10 to 1 but now fair trade is 2 to I?

Fair trade was always 2:1. The AI has always been able to trade 10:1

The only circumstance I could ever see my using the 10:1 or 1:10 trad ratio is if I was the only player in my hood, guild or friend's list in a new world and had no other way (save quests and GBs if I had them) to acquire same-Age goods.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.
