**FIXED/CLOSEDSide Quest Rinbin; Treasure hunt in Karchagu help

The quest name is the title ^, the objective is "to search the treasure in Karchagu". The hint says "Aquire sectors of Karchagu." I have already claimed all of the land in Karchagu by battle but it may have been before I actually had this quest assigned. Is there a way I can complete it or is it just bugged and do I basically just have to abort the quest?
